Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping Method

All Crystalink Ltd jewellery is dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, ensuring:

  • Full tracking from dispatch to delivery
  • Next working day delivery by 1pm
  • Full insurance coverage for the value of your jewellery
  • Signature required on delivery
  • Compensation cover for loss or damage

2. Processing Times

Bespoke/Made-to-Order Items:

  • Each piece is individually handcrafted and sized to your specifications
  • You will be contacted directly with your delivery date
  • We will explain the time required for sizing rings or creating your bespoke piece
  • Processing times vary depending on the complexity of your order
  • We will keep you informed throughout the creation process
  • You will receive email notification once your item is dispatched

Ready-to-Ship Items (if applicable):

  • Orders are dispatched within approximately 2 working days
  • Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays

3. Shipping Costs

FREE UK Shipping on all orders - We cover all Royal Mail Special Delivery costs as part of our service.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched:

  • UK Mainland: Next working day by 1pm
  • Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands: 1-2 working days
  • Isle of Man & Channel Islands: 2-3 working days

Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Email confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking number
  • Direct link to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website

6. Delivery Requirements

Signature on Delivery:

  • All parcels require a signature upon delivery
  • If you're not available, Royal Mail will leave a calling card
  • You can arrange redelivery or collect from your local delivery office

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete
  • We cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses
  • For security reasons, we recommend delivery to an address where someone will be available to sign

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If Royal Mail cannot deliver your parcel:

  • A calling card will be left with redelivery/collection options
  • The parcel will be held at your local delivery office for 18 days
  • Uncollected items will be returned to Crystalink Ltd
  • We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply)

8. Insurance & Security

  • All shipments are fully insured for their retail value
  • In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, we will:
    • Liaise with Royal Mail on your behalf
    • Arrange for replacement or full refund
    • Keep you informed throughout the claims process

9. UK Only Delivery

Crystalink Ltd currently delivers within the UK only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

10. Order Modifications

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • Delivery address cannot be changed
  • Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes before dispatch

11. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to:

  • All UK mainland addresses
  • Northern Ireland
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands
  • Isle of Man & Channel Islands
  • British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses

We cannot ship to:

  • PO Box addresses (signature required)
  • International addresses

12. Peak Periods

During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day):

  • Please allow additional 1-2 days for processing
  • Order early to avoid disappointment
  • Royal Mail delivery times may be extended
