I recently worked with Chris at Crystalink to design a custom engagement ring, and despite the entire process being handled remotely, I couldn't be happier with the outcome! From our first interaction, Chris’s attention to detail was fantastic. It is incredibly clear that he is a master of his craft. What really made the journey special was Chris’ enthusiasm and genuine interest in bringing this piece to life, which made the whole experience much more personal and enjoyable. What stood out to me: - The quality of the ring is sublime! - Trustworthy Remote process: Communication was seamless from start to finish. We were looking for a ring for a 25th wedding anniversary gift from my husband. There was Lots to choice from. I had perused the website before visiting and had an idea of the style I would like. The one I that took my eye on the website was there in the glass case when we visited the shop. It was even more beautiful in Person I fell in love with it. Me and my partner got engaged in Jan and decided to travel from Worcester to pick a ring at Crystalink. I’m so glad we did, it is now March and I still can’t stop looking at how sparkly it is. We opted for the higher Clarity and clearest colour. It shines so much that it reflects onto walls and ceilings when sat near a window or in a room with spotlights.
