I recently worked with Chris at Crystalink to design a custom engagement ring, and despite the entire process being handled remotely, I couldn't be happier with the outcome! From our first interaction, Chris’s attention to detail was fantastic. It is incredibly clear that he is a master of his craft. What really made the journey special was Chris’ enthusiasm and genuine interest in bringing this piece to life, which made the whole experience much more personal and enjoyable. What stood out to me: - The quality of the ring is sublime! - Trustworthy Remote process: Communication was seamless from start to finish. Postage was insured and fast. - Personalised Touch: Chris treats your vision with the respect and passion it deserves. I will definitely be coming back to Crystalink for future pieces! We had the most wonderful visit to crystalink the staff are Very friendly and welcoming. We were looking for a ring for a 25th wedding anniversary gift from my husband. There was Lots to choice from. I had perused the website before visiting and had an idea of the style I would like. The one I that took my eye on the website was there in the glass case when we visited the shop. It was even more beautiful in Person I fell in love with it. Absolutely amazing experience in store! We were attended to by Debbie, she had a lovely demeanour and was extremely friendly to us. Having had a bad experience at another jewellers we were apprehensive about going to another… but we definitely did not need to be! We bought a lovely engagement ring from the shop, we were shown a lot of options in budget. No judgement about this, with great information being shared. Brilliant knowledge and opinions shared from the shop! Overall, I would recommend anybody looking for a ring, with any budget, in the JQ to pop in to Crystalink! Me and my partner got engaged in Jan and decided to travel from Worcester to pick a ring at Crystalink. I’m so glad we did, it is now March and I still can’t stop looking at how sparkly it is. We opted for the higher Clarity and clearest colour. It shines so much that it reflects onto walls and ceilings when sat near a window or in a room with spotlights. I can’t thank Chris and Debbie enough for their expertise in helping me pick something so special. We will be back for the wedding rings that’s for sure! Xxx
